Return and Refund Policy


Introduction

We want you to be happy—even delighted—with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. That is why we have a 30-day return policy that allows you to return items under certain conditions.

Return Conditions:

Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be changed, and the return and refund policy outlined below will apply.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund provided the item has not yet shipped.
Once the item has shipped, the return and refund policy applies (a 15% restocking fee will be charged). You may cancel your order before it enters the processing stage (usually 2–3 hours after the order is placed). If you have already paid and need to change your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once an order enters the packing and shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds
If you have received your order and wish to return it, please note the following:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale as new.

All sales are final. Since our shirts are made-to-order, we only accept return or exchange requests if the issue is caused by our error or fault.
Such situations include, but are not limited to:

Damaged items
Receipt of the wrong item
Receipt of the wrong size
If you do not receive your item within the promised timeframe (30 days, excluding the 2–5 day processing time), you may request a refund or a reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you may request a reshipment—we will waive all restocking fees.

 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Samples, accessories, and special offer or clearance items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or faulty.

Situations not considered quality defects:

Variations in style or color, or changes in personal preference, do not constitute quality defects. Our product images are taken from actual products; however, color differences may occur due to screen resolution or color settings. Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or other human factors is not considered a quality defect. Quality Assurance and Sample Orders

Orders not delivered due to reasons attributable to you (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address)

Orders not delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond TRENDXNATION's control (e.g., customs clearance issues, delays caused by natural disasters)

To ensure your satisfaction:
Sample Orders: If you have confirmed a product sample via email or in writing, subsequent bulk orders for the same item will be deemed to have passed quality approval.

Returns of Approved Orders: Returns are accepted only if the goods do not match the approved sample (e.g., damage during transit).
In such cases, please send us relevant photos or videos within 7 days of receipt.

📦 Important Note: Bulk orders placed without prior sample confirmation have limited return and exchange options, as such orders typically involve custom production.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before making a large-scale purchase. Return Process

To exercise your right of return, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Contact our customer service team (Email: info@trendxnation.com),
specifying the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If the issue relates to quality, please attach photos of the relevant items. (We will respond within 24 hours.)

Step 2:
Ship the items back according to the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Once you receive the return label, you have 7 business days to ship the return items.
Failure to do so will void your right of return.

Step 3:
Please ensure the returned items remain in their original packaging and in good condition.
As our wall decals are fragile, please pack them carefully.
We cannot issue a refund if the returned items are damaged during transit or fail to arrive.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will refund the payment to your original payment account.

Important Note !!!

Returns sent to the wrong address will be considered undelivered, and refunds cannot be processed. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs; additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Return requests will not be accepted more than 30 days after delivery.

In the event of damaged or incorrect items, trendxnation will cover the shipping costs. Please provide photos of the received items.

If tiles are damaged during transit, please report the issue prior to installation.
Once tiles have been installed, they are considered accepted, and returns or refunds will no longer be possible.

trendxnation is not liable for any loss or damage occurring during the return shipment.
Please pack all items securely and use a shipping method that includes tracking.
Be sure to include your full name and order number to avoid processing delays.

Refunds

We will issue refunds for items returned in accordance with this policy,
excluding original shipping costs and return shipping costs (unless otherwise agreed).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We will process refunds within 30 days of the items arriving at our warehouse.
